-Repairing small chips: If the chips are small and easy to repair, try using a needle nose plumber's putty or bonding agent to fill them in. Be sure to use a light touch so as not to damage the surrounding surface. 

-Repairing large chips: If the chip is large and affects more than one square inch of surface area, it likely needs a professional repair. Try using epoxy or a similar bonding agent to fill in the chip and seal it with a layer of plastic wrap. Be patient while the adhesive sets;

How to fix a chip

Use a drill bit slightly smaller than the gap to create a hole in the top of the chip. 

Once the chip is out, use a blunt object like a spoon to break up the remaining pieces and fill in the gaps.
